I have erased everything off my Zune because I went to play something and it stated that items were missing, that has happened before and I just deleted everything and put it all back on again. However this time, I erased everything and now it says I have used 120g worth or storage and nothing will fit on it, any clue on what I can do to make it realize that I don't have anything on it.

that is how I erased everything & is what caused my problem, now I am trying to update my software but it won't let me because I do not have enough room on my Zune.

That is bizarre. I've never had that problem, sorry. I just wondered if there was a difference between just removing the individual items or wiping it clean, but it sounds like that latter didn't work in the first place. Maybe you can find some info poking around on the related articles on the MS Support site. A quick look at Google doesn't give very promising info. I wonder if you might have to just call MS directly for advice. Good luck!
